What Is The Pressure Build
When opening this product, think about it as opening a bottle of champagne. The bottle is under pressure and can overflow if it is opened too quickly. Never shake the product before opening, and twist the cap slowly to release the pressure build-up. After it is opened, you can mix the water gently to move the cultures that may have settled at the bottom.

Small Intestine Bacterial Overgrowth
The small and large intestines usually contain different types of bacteria. SIBO occurs when bacteria from the large intestine start growing in the small intestine.
The large intestine predominantly contains anaerobic bacteria, which do not require oxygen and live by fermenting indigestible carbohydrates from plant-based foods as they pass through the gut.
Symptoms of SIBO are similar to those of IBS, including gas, bloating, and diarrhea. SIBO can also cause brain fogginess and short-term memory problems.
Not everyone with IBS has SIBO, but the overgrowth is more common in people with IBS. SIBO also frequently develops in older females.
Experts do not fully understand what causes the overgrowth, but it may result from reduced gut motility, which slows the passage of food through the gut. This can cause fermentable carbohydrates to remain in the small intestine for longer.
Results of a indicate a possible link between SIBO and probiotic supplementation in people with brain fogginess. The researchers found that symptoms improved when participants stopped taking probiotics and started taking antibiotics.
Anyone with SIBO symptoms should consult a doctor.
You Gut This Benefits
Probiotics are known to support our gut health in numerous ways. Some would say that the foundation of our health stems from the health of our gut. This is a saying that I would find to be true. When our guts are under distress, it seems to spread to the rest of our bodies as well. Healthy gut, happy body.
This product stresses the use of fermented foods, which in this case comes from the kefir that is added. Fermented foods are a natural way to preserve foods to retain their nutritional quality along with added benefits. There are numerous ways that fermented foods help our guts: supporting a healthy immune response, healthy inflammatory response, healthy digestion, and mood. Most of these are like how other probiotic supplements with live cultures, like IN.FORM Probiotic and 1MD Complete Probiotics Platinum, improve the health of our guts. Fermented foods are also cost-effective and are immediately absorbed.

Probiotics For Weight Loss
Probiotics for weight loss have been explored extensively in recent years.
Probiotics research connects nutrition and gut health.
According to a weight-loss study, it does not seem that probiotics cause weight loss directly. But, more indirectly, according to Nutrition & Metabolism.
Probiotics help with weight loss by producing short-chain fatty acids which in turn regulate things like satiety and food intake.
Probiotics and weight loss studies also show gut health statistics to suggest a direct link between changes in gut flora and metabolic disruptions that lead to obesity and inflammation.
Final Thoughts: According to probiotics diet weight loss connection, explored in probiotics and weight loss studies, certain types of probiotics are more prevalent in those that are healthy and others in those that are obese. In this way, probiotics might help us with a treatment for obesity and other related illnesses.
The Champagne Of Probiotics
But a company called Inner-Eco has solved this problem with their line of coconut kefir products.
Kefir is Turkish for good feeling. This fermented milk beverage originated when shepherds of the Caucasus Mountains packed their milk in leather pouches, where it would ferment into a living food. Kefir is believed to be one of the main reasons that people of this region live such long and disease-free lives.
But Inner Eco doesnt use milk to make their kefir. Instead, they use freshly harvested coconut water from young green coconuts. They add the kefir culture and let the fermentation process work its microbial magic.
The result is a delicious, dairy-free, gluten-free, soy-free, vegan and 100% natural probiotic product. Best of all, it is lab tested to contain an average of over 100 billion live, health-supporting cultures per serving.
Thats as much as five to 10 times the number of live and active flora that are contained in most probiotic supplements. And its just a fraction of the cost. You can pick up a 30-serving bottle in the refrigerated section of Whole Foods for just $16.99. Thats about half the cost of many probiotic supplements.
And the taste? I like to think of it as probiotic champagne. Its light and effervescent. Its delicious by the spoonful right out of the bottle. Or you can add it to smoothies and juice drinks for a powerful probiotic punch.

Are Your Probiotics Doa
If you read the small print on probiotic supplements, you may see something like: 20 billion colony forming units at time of manufacture. The key words here are at the time of manufacture. The friendly bacteria found in these products are very fragile. They can be easily destroyed with the time and heat that comes with transit and storage.
Thats why its better to enjoy naturally fermented foods like sauerkraut and kefir. But were not talking about the kind of sauerkraut you might buy in a can or the kefir you might find in the cold dairy section of your local grocery store. In the case of sauerkraut, these products are vinegar-cured, instead of fermented. They dont contain any of the good bugs youre looking for.
And the kefir in the dairy section is usually heat-pasteurized. That may increase the shelf life. But it destroys most of the billions of friendly flora that would find in a raw, lacto-fermented version.
Unfortunately, acquiring real probiotic foods can be a challenge for many.
Is You Gut This Safe
The cultures in Inner-co You Gut This have been generally recognized as safe by the FDA. When it comes to probiotics, especially those with kefir, there could be the potential for upset stomachs, bloating, and even diarrhea. Everything we are pretty much trying to avoid. Now, some say this is because it is your bodys way of getting used to the cultures and whatnot, but if you are ever unsure of the safety of this product or even any others, consult with your primary care physician to make sure this is the right product for you.

An Overarching Shadow At Time Of Manufacture & Shipping
While the Inner-Eco Probiotic, generally speaking, looks really good despite which option we ultimately go for, there is one aspect that I do not particularly like.
Its this notion that it is claimed to contain 100 billion CFUs of Probiotics at the time of manufacture. Which is drastically unlike what we typically encounter with Probiotic supplements including those like 1MD Complete Probiotics Platinum and Nutrition Essentials Probiotic .
You see, Probiotics being the live organisms that they naturally are diminish in their numbers over time. This in turn means that the longer the product sits on the shelf, the lower the total CFU amounts its going to have.
But to kind of remedy that and take any guessing out of it, manufacturers on the labels typically list the minimal CFU amounts at the expiration date .
But thats not how Inner-Eco Probiotic Coconut Water does it. They claim 100 billion CFUs at the time of manufacture. Whereas if they claim to have 100 billion CFUs at the time of manufacture, what is the actual amount of Probiotics in the product at the expiration date?
I dont know. Thats really hard to estimate because not only will that be dependant on the given specific strains but also it will highly rely on the conditions it has been stored in.
But overall, all of that just means that the later from the manufacturing date that we buy the supplement, the worst bang for our buck we essentially get.
Product Storage & Handling
WHAT IS THE PROPER WAY TO OPEN A NEW BOTTLE OF INNER-CO® PROBIOTIC COCONUT WATER?
Please use caution when opening a new bottle of inner-co® Probiotic Coconut Water. inner-co® is like opening a bottle of champagne. The product is under pressure and can overflow if the cap is removed too quickly. To avoid this, NEVER shake before opening and twist the cap SLOWLY to release this pressure build-up. Once the bottle is opened, it is ok to gently mix the contents to release the beneficial kefir cultures that have settled to the bottom. But remember it can still overflow so BE CAREFUL!
SHOULD I KEEP INNER-CO® PROBIOTIC COCONUT WATER REFRIGERATED?
Yes. inner-co® Probiotic Coconut Water MUST BE REFRIGERATED at all times. inner-co® Probiotic Coconut Water should never be frozen as freezing will destroy the active probiotic cultures.

inner-co® Probiotic Coconut Water is a live food needs to be kept cold. We recommend traveling with a small cooler or cold pack in a quart size zip top bag for longer trips. You can travel a bit lighter by grabbing our convenient shots.

Who Is You Gut This Best For
You Gut This is suitable for anyone who is trying to restore a healthy balance in their gut, while making sure they are using a high-quality product. Even children would be able to tolerate this product, but at a smaller dose. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, it is a good idea to consult with your doctor before you begin with this product.
Looking At Each Separately Discussing Ingredients Reviews Price
As I already briefly mentioned in the intro, we will be discussing each of the four Inner-Eco Probiotic Coconut Water supplements in a separate section. The main reason for that, the way I see it, is the fact that itll be less confusing that way. One of my main goals with this website has always been to make it as easy to understand and follow as possible.
Plus, this way you can just jump right into the one youre most curious about and read that first. Or just read them all. Whatever suits you best.

Is You Gut This Worth Using
Overall, You Gut This has potential to help restore the balance of bacteria in the gut and improve the health of the digestive system. Most of the cultures in this have similar mechanisms to how they work with slight differences. The only downside is that they classify them as a subspecies and not a specific one. If you believe that fermented foods are the way to go and useful as probiotic sources, then this would be a good starter product. Another downside is that this is a little hard to find and not something that can be easily shipped right to your home.

I Would Just Go Ahead And Shortlist This Coconut Water
To sum it all up, I like the whole idea of Inner-Eco Probiotic Coconut Water. I like the fact that they offer it with various flavors all of which are viable and use genuinely quality ingredients. I like the commitments to purity and potency. I like the CFUs abundance at the time of manufacturing and the likely abundance of strains that come with it.
But its not all great. The product has one truly major drawback.
Its effectively unshippable. Or if you do ship it , it can still be essentially ruined by the time it arrives at your doorstep or by the time we acquire it from your local post office.
Additionally, just in general Im not entirely convinced by Probiotic products that dont protect its pro-bacteria from stomach acid. And I would love more specificity as to how much of CFUs Inner-Eco Probiotic Coconut Waters guarantee at the expiration date.
I mean, its fine to keep this idea of 100 billion CFU at the time of manufacturing. Its probably great for marketing and that I do not oppose.
But it would be really nice if they were to put on the label another number that would indicate how much of Probiotics there will be at its lowest at the expiration date if kept and stored according to the recommendations .
And so, all in all, I would list this as a shortlist-able one.
If you have access to it in your local store, it feels like a good option. If not, I would recommend looking into this one .
