Part 2: Cleanse Day 1-5 Step by Step Instruction! Liver & Gallbladder Miracle Cleanse

On the sixth day of the cleanse, drink an entire liter of apple juice in the morning.

Eat a light breakfast such as oatmeal or fruit.

Avoid all processed sugar, sweeteners, spices, milk, butter, oils, yogurt, cheese, meat, eggs, nuts, pastries, cold cereals, etc.

For lunch, eat plain steamed vegetables with rice flavored with sea salt. Avoid all animal protein foods, butter, and oil to avoid feeling increasingly ill during the cleanse.

Finish lunch by 1:30 pm and do not drink anything past 1:30 except for water otherwise you may have difficulty passing stones.

The evening is when you will start the amazing liver and gallbladder flush protocol. The timing in which the Epsom salts and olive oil mixture is consumed is crucial.

Risk Factors For Gallstone Formation:

For a safe gallbladder cleanse, if you have stones, they should be less than 1 centimeter. Stones larger than 2 centimeters are too big to attempt a flush. You have to shrink gallstones between 1 and 2 centimeters before purging the gallbladder.

With the right information, you can handle most chronic liver and gallbladder trouble, including small- to medium-sized gallstones, on your own.

Liver Gall Bladder Flush

  • From Monday morning to noon on Saturday, in addition to your normal diet, drink as much apple juice as you can . Try to get fresh pressed apple juice or organic apple juice from a health food store to keep chemicals to a minimum.
  • At noon on Saturday, eat a normal lunch, including salad.
  • Three hours after lunch take 8 capsules of Disodium Phosphate by Standard Process.
  • Two hours later, take 8 more capsules of Disodium Phosphate .
  • Saturday dinner should be only citrus or citrus juice, preferably organic.
  • At bedtime drink 4 ounces of unrefined, extra-virgin, first-pressed olive oil with the juice of half a lemon. Follow this with a small glass of grape fruits juice.
  • Go to bed, lie on your right side with your right knee up for 30 minutes.
  • Upon arising at least one hour before breakfast, take 8 capsules of Disodium Phosphate again.
  • Sunday will be your cleansing. Continue your regular diet, and you will usually have a loose bowel movement within an hour of step 9. In some individuals, this may happen during the night before.
  • After this bowel movement, do not flush the toilet. Instead, check for any stones or glutinous balls. Evaluate the approximate size and number and report this to your practitioner.
  • This procedure will leave some people weak. Be prepared to rest after this procedure.
  • If stones or balls are present, this procedure can be repeated in two months, and again in six months and then once a year.

    3/4C grapefruit juice

    2 x 1L mason jars. 1 to mix the olive oil and grapefruit juice. 2nd for the Epsom salts with water. .

    Drink your apple juice daily for 6 days. The malic acid in the apple juice softens the gallstones to make passing through the bile ducts & gallbladder easy.

    Your Gallbladder: A Simple But Important Organ

    Your gallbladder, a pear-shaped pouch about three inches long, is in the upper right portion of your abdomen level with your ribs and just below the liver.     My Experience With Doing The Liver And Gallbladder Flush

    It took me four liver and gallbladder flushes until I had no stones. The first gallbladder and liver cleanse yielded the most stones, where I passed at least 20-30 pea green stones mixed with some tan colored stones. I only passed a few small gallbladder stones and some chaff by the fourth cleanse.

Twice a day is better. Avoid fats and oils. Eat lots of fresh greens that benefit the liver like dandelion, arugula, and endive. Include steamed vegetables in the cabbage family like broccoli, cauliflower, kale, and brussels sprouts. These foods contain glucosinolates, a naturally-occurring sulfur compound that promotes liver and intestinal health. Radishes are another liver and gallbladder friendly vegetable. Electroacupuncture can help the gallbladder contract to squeeze out bile and stones, reduce muscle spasms, and alleviate pain when the stone passes. This procedure is done at your doctors office the day before your flush, or during your flush day if you have abdominal discomfort.

    24-Hours Before Your Flush: Drink a glass of organic apple juice every two hours. Stay hydrated by drinking pure water. Avoid all solid foods. Take magnesium oxide 500 mg twice daily to relax muscle tightness, induce bile flow, promote duodenal emptying, and relieve constipation.
